For Hair: Squeeze a burst go oil onto the palm of your hand, rub palms together and apply desired amount form root to the end of the hair.

For Dry Scalp: Squeeze desired amount into applicator and apply directly to scalp in droplet form. Use the tips of your fingers to massage this anti-inflammatory oil into your scalp in order to soothe dry and itchy areas.
